FOR THE GREEK CUISINE

Terms and Conditions about taking the special label

1. Conditions of perfect cleaning of all the settlements and equipment, in production area, in storage places, in seating area e.t.c.

2. Conditions of perfect cleaning in hygiene areas.

3. Keep the terms and conditions about food safety.

4. Keep the terms and conditions about hygiene of the personnel.

5. Not use of plastic covers or plastic plates or plastic seats.

6. Use of the best quality of pure olive oil about cooking or about salads.

7. Offer greek feta cheese only. Not offer substitutes of feta cheese. In case there is no feta cheese, the restaurant have to offer a kind of a good quality cheese.

8. If the restaurant offers fry potato, the potato must be greek and not pre fried potato.

9. Greek coffee must be made on fire and not on steam. Prepared with the traditional greek way and served with the traditional greek way, by placing the coffee pot on the table.

10. The cover charge must have olives or olive pasta or a local starter. Butter can be served only if asked.

11. Greek salad must have the following ingredients" tomato, onions, cucumber, peppers, olives, feta cheese, oregano and virgin olive oil. Is possible to have also rocket or caper.
